Terms of Service
These terms are a contract between you and Your Volleyball Videos, a company registered in Armenia ("we", "us"), which operates Your Volleyball Videos ("the Service"). By using the Service you agree to them.
The Service
You upload volleyball recordings; we automatically cut them into rally-only clips you can watch, star, download, and share. The Service is currently provided free of charge; we may introduce paid plans or usage limits later, with notice.
Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.
Your content and the rights you give us
- Your videos remain yours. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, process, reproduce, and stream them back to you and to people you share them with, and to use your footage and the data derived from it to operate, improve, and develop the Service and our technology — including developing, training, and evaluating our models and algorithms, and building new features — as described in our Privacy Policy. We may also create and use aggregated or de-identified data derived from your content for any business purpose. We do not sell your videos, and we do not use them to advertise to you.
- You represent and warrant that you have the right to upload each recording and the permissions, consents, notices, or other lawful basis required to have it processed — including in respect of every person who appears in it (teammates, opponents, coaches, referees, spectators) and, where a recording features minors, the consent of a parent, guardian, club, or league as applicable.
- You can delete your videos or your whole account at any time, from inside the app or by contacting us.
People in your footage and removal requests
If someone who appears in a video wants it reviewed or removed, they can contact us and we will act on the request. If we receive a well-founded objection about footage you uploaded, we may remove or restrict it.
Acceptable use
Don't: upload content unrelated to volleyball recordings; upload unlawful, infringing, or privacy-violating material; probe, disrupt, or reverse-engineer the infrastructure; or use the Service through automated or bulk means. We may limit, suspend, or terminate accounts that break these rules or disrupt the Service for others.
Copyright and takedown
We respect intellectual-property rights. If you believe content on the Service infringes your rights, email us with enough detail to identify the content and your claim, and we will review and act on it.
No warranty
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". Automated rally detection is good but not perfect — clips may occasionally miss or misjudge a rally, and analysis of players may be inaccurate. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Keep your original recordings; we are not a backup service.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim — which, for a free plan, is zero. Except where liability cannot lawfully be excluded or limited — including, in many jurisdictions, liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, and certain consumer rights — nothing in these terms limits that liability.
Suspension and termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access for breach of these terms or to comply with the law. On termination, your account and its videos are deleted as described in the Privacy Policy.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms; for material changes we will update the effective date above and notify account holders by email before the change takes effect.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of Armenia, and disputes are subject to the courts of Armenia, without affecting any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have where you live.
